Examples of Building and Running JetMET Code

RecJetRootTree.cpp: Program to create a root tree for all jets with Pt>10 GeV. Jets from two inputs: EcalPlusHcalTowers (jet) and MC particles (gen). Jet corrections provided as well. The EcalPlusHcalTowers can be optionally included in the root tree by setting a flag in the .orcarc (see RunRecJetRootTree.csh).
• BuildRecJetRootTree.csh : Script to compile and link the program on CMS UAF at Fermilab.
• RunRecJetRootTree.csh : Script to create an input .orcarc file and run the program on CMS UAF at Fermilab.
• JobRecJetRootTree.csh : Script that specifies the input data sample and executes RunRecJetRootTree.csh on a QCD test sample with 50< Pt< 100 GeV.
• RootTreeJob_jets50100.txt : Output log file written by JobRecJetRootTree.csh
• RecJet.root : Output root tree with 10 events.
