Located in Wilson Hall at Fermilab,
the FNAL ROC currently provides remote access to the CMS data from test beams, calibrations and cosmic muons. In 2006-2007, physicists
working from the FNAL ROC have participated in real-time data monitoring of the
Magnet Test and Cosmic Challenge and Silicon
Tracker Slice Test. For the
LHC physics run beginning in late 2007, physicists will be able to perform shift duties from
the FNAL ROC, including the monitoring of detector subsystems, trigger rates, and data quality.
