This includes status of the LHC, repair of sector 34, ongoing consolidation work in the other sectors, progress with the new Quench Protection System, results of resistance measurements of the copper stabilizers, plans for powering the LHC, and tunnel access restrictions. Planning for the start-up and the programme for future operational consolidation work will be detailed.

Significantly more responses are urgently needed to cover Central DQM ROC shifts. These shifts are officially recognized by CMS management and qualify for shift service credits.
